Keanu Reeves And Alexandra Grant Might Be Engaged
OK! Magazine is reporting that Keanu Reeves and his girlfriend of four years, artist Alexandra Grant, are engaged. According to a very invested source, Keanu “tried to keep a low profile” on March 31, when he was spotted in L.A. “eyeing diamond rings” at a jewelry store. The insider claims that 57-year-old Keanu asked 49-year-old Alexandra to marry him after they spent an extended period of time together in Europe, where he was shooting back-to-back movies, including John Wick 4. Ahhh, nothing more romantic than playing a tortured killer hell-bent on revenge.
Here’s exactly what OK!’s source said:
“Keanu popped the question after they returned home from Europe, where he was filming back-to-back movies, and she was there the whole time to support him,” spills the source. “That’s when he realized he can’t live without her.”
Can’t. Live. Without Her. Physically incapable of continuing to exist unless she is by his side at all times. Lady is the 50+mph to Keanu’s bomb bus. And, speaking of Speed, OK! says Sandra Bullock is one of the friends who’d been “prodding” Keanu to propose:
“It was a heart-to-heart with Sandra that finally inspired him to put a ring on it,” dishes the source, “and he’s so happy that he did.”
The down-to-earth action star and the visual artist, 49, have already started planning their dream nuptials, “which will be very laid-back and take place outdoors before a small group of family and friends,” the source says. “Of course, they’re writing their own vows — and no doubt it will get very emotional.”
Emotional? At a wedding? I dunno, OK! source, that sounds like a real leap to me. But if you’re right, I’ll gladly eat my hat. If any of this insider info is true, this will be Keanu’s first marriage. Back in 1999 Keanu’s then-partner, Jennifer Syme, gave birth to their stillborn daughter. Two years later she was killed in a car accident. Very, very sad:
“Keanu’s been to hell and back,” notes an insider, “but now he finally has this wonderful woman to share his life with.” Adds the source: “Alexandra is a huge light in his life. Everyone can see how she fills him with joy.”
“His friends know how happy he’s been, he’s talked about making Alexandra his wife,” a source exclusively squealed to OK!, adding that the A-lister is sure “she’s the one.”

Alexandra Grant once said that “every single person” she knew called her when news of her and Keanu’s relationship went public in November 2019. So my thoughts are with Alexandra’s poor phone on this day.
