Open Post: Hosted By Idris Elba’s Open Fly

Idris Elba almost let it all hang out last night at the BRIT awards while presenting Adele with the Album of The Year. In what could have been the most embarrassing thing to happen to him since he started taking DJing seriously, Idris appeared on stage wearing a bubble gum pink Gucci bomber jacket and black pants apparently having just come from the bathroom because his fly was undone. Unfortunately for us, but fortunately for him, no schlong appeared so he definitely wasn’t using it as an opportunity to make an audition reel for One Night In Sweden: The Lenny Kravitz Story.

Idris seemed unaware that his zipper was hungry and wanted to be fed as he was presenting the category and it was only later after Adele walked up that he tried to get cute with his cue cards. People reports:

Whoops!

Idris Elba found himself in a bit of an embarrassing situation Tuesday night at the 2022 BRIT Awards thanks to an awkward wardrobe malfunction on stage.

The 49-year-old Luther star was preparing to present Adele with the album of the year award for her new album 30 at the O2 arena in London when he discovered that the fly was down on his black pants.

Elba, who also wore a pink Gucci bomber jacket and sunglasses to the event, quickly attempted to hide the evidence by holding his cue cards in front of his groin as Adele took the stage, but viewers had already noticed.

Here’s a video of the incident. Whoever designed that podium has a lot to answer for. It’s almost as if they measured it specifically to double as a stage for Idris to perform a little puppet show. And yes, I would like to see his “hamburger.” Here’s what the people watching live saw.

And here’s why whoever edits the BRIT Awards for YouTube should be fired for gross negligence for covering up Idris’ hot zone.

Idris must have been in a damn hurry to get on stage from the bathroom, I bet he didn’t even wash his hands. Congratulations on your pee-pee statue, Adele!
