Three Members Of BTS Test Positive For COVID-19

Introducing the eighth member of BTS: COVID-19. Coronavirus has done it this time! NBC News says that three members of the K-pop supergroup have tested positive for Coronavirus. The BTS Army is about to mobilize to attack. A virus isn’t worried about the World Health Organization trying to stop it with all their teams of doctors–but angry teenagers? Nothing is safe from them!

NBC News says that last Friday, BTS member Suga got a positive COVID test result, and the next day, RM and Jin, also tested positive. BTS members J-Hope, Jungkook, V, and Jimin are negative. The group had just finished their first post-pandemic shows in the United States and had flown home to South Korea. Their management company, Big Hit Music, says that Suga, RM, and Jin got their second dose of the vaccine in August and their symptoms range from non-existent to mild.

All three had completed second doses of a coronavirus vaccine in August, the company said… The concerts in the United States were BTS’ first in the country since 2019, when they toured across Asia, Europe and North America. RM, whose real name is Kim Nam-joon, and Jin, whose real name is Kim Seok-jin, initially tested negative on returning to South Korea earlier this month.

RM, who tested positive as he prepared to leave mandatory quarantine, is showing no symptoms, Big Hit Music said. Jin tested negative a second time as he left quarantine, but was later diagnosed after experiencing symptoms, which the company said were mild. Neither Jin or RM had any contact with other group members after their return to South Korea, the company said.

Well, we know that Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen got off easy when they slighted BTS; but Coronavirus is actually putting the band’s life in danger. I’m sure it will be a few days until some teenager finds the cure to Covid-19 because they researched it hard in order to save their band and get revenge on Corona. Nothing solves a problem like teenage obsession and spite!
