It’s 2007 Again Because Heidi Montag Picked A Fight With Lauren Conrad

Get your flip phone out and text your bestie with that T9 predictive because some hot celebrity news just dropped! Heidi Montag is feuding with Lauren Conrad again because apparently, it’s 2007? While on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Heidi said that Lauren didn’t live up to her potential, telling host, Alex Cooper, that Lauren could have been Kylie Jenner. Excuse me, what? First of all, without the eons of blood sacrifices Kris Jenner has hand-delivered into the gaping maw of Beelzebub, Kylie Jenner would never have achieved the unholy power she wields.

The Hills: New Beginnings must be out of ideas already because Heidi Montag tried to start shit with Lauren Conrad. Back in the day–and I mean BACK in the day when tricks still shopped at Hollister–Lauren and Heidi’s friendship ended after Heidi started dating Spencer Pratt, who would go on to become Heidi’s husband and a crystal salesman. Lauren and Spencer never got along, and Lauren even accused him and Heidi of starting a rumor there was an LC sex tape. Lauren eventually left the show.

Flash-forward to today. During Heidi’s interview on Call Her Daddy, host Alex made a comment about Lauren no longer “scrambling” for fame. Heidi decided she would slap some disrespect on Lauren’s name and said that ACTUALLY, Kristin Cavallari is the most successful one from the Laguna Beach/The Hills lexicon. Yeah, most successful at being a vector of viral spread. Heidi said, via E! News:

“I feel like Kristin–let’s be honest–is the most successful. I feel like Lauren didn’t make it like she should have. She should be Kylie [Jenner]. She was so good at makeup, she should have done the tutorials. If she had a good team, she’d be a billionaire. She’d be a hundred-millionaire… She is not where she should have been at all. She has a Kohl’s line–great, whatever. But she should be a hundred-millionaire–are you kidding me? Who gets that big promotion, that big fame, that big engine behind her, the loved one, the this-and-that. The narrator–no one even gets the narrator show. Kylie didn’t get a narrator show. She should be so rich.”

She was so good at makeup but during five seasons couldn’t get a waterproof mascara? Okay. And did Heidi just slam Kohl’s? Lauren Conrad’s net worth is reportedly $40 million thanks to Kohl’s!

Heidi said that she’ll “always love” Lauren, and appreciates that Lauren got her the “job” on The Hills, but then slammed Lauren for giving her an ultimatum about Spencer:

“When that whole Spencer thing happened, she’s like, “If you date Spencer, you’re off the show.” How dare you, and I’m not your dog. Yeah, I appreciate you getting me on this show, but that doesn’t mean you own me and you can tell me what to do in my life. I just don’t appreciate that… I do have such a love for Lauren, and it didn’t have to go that way. She chose and wanted it to go that way, and then kept following up with that, and then kept blaming things on me and blaming her sex tape on me.”

I don’t think this is true because I read Lauren’s shitty LA Candy books (at the cost of my sanity and brain cells) which was the behind-the-scenes shit of The Hills, and LC had no such power over MTV. Also, do you think MTV would ever fire their main source of drama from a reality series? And Stephanie Pratt also claimed Speidi helped spread the sex tape rumors. The LIES!

I’m sure that Heidi knows how Lauren’s career should have gone. I mean, Heidi herself is a marketing genius who was able to record an album and sell less than 600 copies of it. Clearly, she knows all about potential!
