Nick Cannon Might Have Another Baby On The Way
The alarm clock reads 6:00. Sonny & Cher are singing “I Got You Babe.” I lay in bed, aware that I’m about to relive the same Nick Cannon headline I’ve already written before. This is my Groundhog Day. Just five months ago, Nick Cannon welcomed his fourth child. Then last month we learned that Nick Cannon will soon be the father to his second set of twins. And now there’s word that Nick Cannon might have yet another baby on the way.
According to HotNewHipHop, a former Wild n’ Out model named Alyssa Scott is currently pregnant with her second child. She’s been documenting the process on her Instagram page, after announcing she was pregnant back in January. A few weeks ago, she dropped more information about her baby, like that she’s having a boy, and that she’s due at the end of June. And yesterday, Alyssa posted a shot from a maternity shoot, and let everyone know that she plans to name her son Zen S. Cannon. on his birth certificate when he’s born in two months. This is strange, because Alyssa doesn’t appear to be with anyone currently, and her last name certainly isn’t Cannon. But you know whose last name is Cannon? Nick Cannon. And Nick Cannon’s middle name is Scott.
One of Alyssa’s followers came right out and asked if Nick Cannon is the father. Alyssa didn’t answer directly with a “yes.” Instead, she played coy, by responding with three smiley Emojis surrounded by hearts, which more than implies that she’s pleased with that suggestion. She’s also been responding to congratulations from Nick Cannon fan accounts on Instagram.

40-year-old Nick Cannon’s list of children includes ten-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan from his marriage to Mariah Carey, and 4-year-old son Golden and 5-month-old daughter Powerful with his on-again/off-again girlfriend Brittany Bell. He is also waiting on two twin boys that he made with DJ Abby De La Rosa, who are due in June. With the wild card of Alyssa’s baby, Nick might be having a Tired Dad Summer with seven kids on his hands.
Nick has yet to comment on this rumor.
It isn’t out of the realm of possibility that Nick might have been firing his cannon into two different women at the same time. Nick’s former girlfriend Jessica White claims she found out about Brittany’s second pregnancy on social media, while she was dating him. If Alyssa is telling the truth, then it’s pretty clear Nick should pay more attention at work. Contestants on The Masked Singer, which Nick hosts, are covered up from head to toe in theatrical-grade foam rubber. I’m not saying Nick has to go that far, but maybe for the sake of his bank account, he could consider covering his dick with a rubber every once in a while.
