Open Post: Hosted By Lana Del Rey Cheering On A Man Who Sat In A Tub Of Bean Dip For 24 Hours To Promote A Restaurant

People says that Hollywood stuntman and filmmaker Hunter Ray Barker, sat in an inflatable pool filled with bean dip for 24 hours and it wasn’t for fetish reasons. Not totally anyway. Hunter Ray decided to turn his asscrack into a buttrito by filling it with beans to help out a local restaurant amid the pandemic. And a mask-less Lana Del Rey showed up and posed with Hunter Ray as he wasted all those beans in the name of helping a restaurant.

Hunter Ray teased the promo on Facebook, telling everyone to come on down to Los Toros Mexican Restaurant in Chatsworth, CA for some photo-ops and great food. He explained he was doing this to support a small business during the pandemic, and that Los Toros, which has been around for 54 years, is a big part of his life:

“I am performing this stunt in an effort to let people know how freakin’ good Los Toros is. So good that I will happily sit in a tub of bean dip for 24 hours to prove it. It’s true, I’m just another guy telling you to support small business. But I’m not asking you to break the piggybank, I just want you to stop by for chips and a drink (or two) every once in a while. If you appreciate the madness going on here, we just want to give you a good deal in exchange for your email. So next time you’re hungry you’ll know exactly where to go: Los Toros.”

The owner of Los Toros, Nicolas Montano, told Reuters that he was a bit caught off guard at the promotional idea when Hunter Ray suggested it. But hey, who says no to free promo?

“I was like “Are you sure? Are you sure you want to do this?” And he goes, “Yeah, I think it would be fun and it’s something I want to help the business.””

Call me a prude, but beans caked into my asshole sounds like the opposite of fun to me. It’s fun to Hunter Ray, though, and he said:

“We have a golden opportunity to grab the bull by the horns and support local businesses in a big, explosive way, and so why not?”

Explosive? The only thing explosive about this stunt will be the diarrhea of the rats who eat those beans after they’re dumped in the dumpster. Hunter Ray also marked the occasion by getting a tattoo of the restaurant’s logo while soaking in beans.

As for Lana, it’s unclear if she’s a friend of Hunter Ray’s or a fan of Los Toros. But she posted that above pic to Instagram and captioned it: “Don’t ask why.” Okay, but if I was there, I’d run away screaming and not because of a man in beans but because mask-less Lana is at it again! Although, maybe she’s wearing an invisible plastic mask. That must be it.
