Kelis Is Pregnant With Her Third Child

Page Six says that Kelis is pregnant! All that coronavirus lockdown sex is starting to come to fruition, eh? Lots of people are probably knocked up right now, but they won’t get to announce like Kelis did. No, she didn’t turn her pregnancy announcement into a theatrical event like others have done. She went a different route and got herself some sponsored Instagram content. I mean, hey, why not get paid to piss on a stick?

40-year-old Kelis married 41-year-old Mike Mora in secret back in 2014. Mike is not a famous type, and apparently the two of them are living a simple life on a farm in Temecula, CA. Apart from raising chickens, cows, and goats or whatever else farmers raise, Kelis and Mike are also raising children. She and Mike have a 4-year-old son, Shepherd and she also has an 11-year-old son, Knight, from her marriage to Nas. Add another to the list, because Kelis and Mike made a new baby. She announced the pregnancy saying, “Table for 5 please.”

And her picture included her actual First Response pregnancy test. Kelis says she partnered with First Response because they are “committed to supporting healthy, equitable pregnancy journeys and understand the importance of a nurturing environment for black women and mothers.”

After coming out about getting stiffed out of the money made on her first two albums, I’m glad that Kelis’ pregnancy piss is bringing all the money to the yard. And she isn’t the first one to team up with a pregnancy test brand for her pregnancy announcement. But let’s just hope that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian don’t learn that they can make money off of pissing on sticks for Instagram, because nobody needs to see that.
