Florence Pugh Had Words For Those Who Think Zach Braff Is Too Old For Her

Ever since she decided her shitty boyfriend’s fate in Midsommar, Florence Pugh has probably had a hard time getting dates because any potential suitors fear they might end up as SPOILER ALERT flaming furries if they get on her bad side. Hence, she’s doubling down on the guys who will date her, which is probably why she responded so firmly to a Judge Judy giving her shit on Instagram about being 23 and running around with 44-year-old Zach Braff.

Florence posted a pic of herself at LA’s Greenblatt’s Deli yesterday, as reported by Us Weekly, and Zach responded with a princess emoji.

A follower saw fit to remind Zach of just how crusty old they find him to be, implying that he’s much too ancient to be slobbering over the youthful blossom that is Florence Pugh.

“@zachbraff you’re 44 years old,” a commenter noted.

In response, Florence noted that Zach still managed to get in her despite being a dusty, decrepit 44 without bothering to note that everyone involved is a grown adult who can make their own decisions. (Please note that I’m in Zach’s age bracket, so that commenter can suck me sideways like the 23 year-olds whom I would date would be doing if I wasn’t married. Or had a cute face. Or a nice body. Or a personality…you know what I mean.)

“and yet he got it,” Pugh responded along with an OK emoji.

Flo and Zach were both at the premiere of her movie Little Women in NYC earlier this month (although they weren’t papped together) and were first spotted holding hands out in public in April. She’s also in talks to star in Zach’s next directorial effort, The Secret Ingredients of Rocket Cola. They first worked together when Pugh (along with Alicia Silverstone) starred in a short film Zach directed for an Adobe Creative Cloud campaign.

Now, there are those of you who might ask – well, why not date Alicia Silverstone, Zach, seeing as she’s only a year younger than you? And to that I respond, the middle-aged boner heart wants what the middle-aged boner heart wants!
