Laura Prepon Is Pregnant With Her Second Child

People says that Laura Prepon and her husband of 16 months Ben Foster are having another kid. They confirmed the news earlier today on Instagram. 39-year-old Laura and 38-year-old Ben are Scientologists, so I was kind of hoping for an on-brand pregnancy announcement post. Like a picture of Laura holding some E-meter cans and a caption that read: “I can’t suppress this news! Audit-it with Ben and now I’m pregnant!” Instead, we got a sweet picture of Laura’s 2-year-old daughter Ella using her baby belly as a convenient window-watching seat.

Here’s Laura’s post:

Laura, formerly of Orange Is The New Black and currently an aspiring food YouTuber, and Ben, formerly of Robin Wright, welcomed their first baby in August 2017. Laura doesn’t say how far along she is, but it’s pretty clear she’s more pregnant than less pregnant. I know, how technical. Can you believe pregnancy is a thing I experienced?

This is probably the first bit of recent positive news for a former That 70s Show cast member. For a while it was all “Kelso is a dog” and “Hyde is an alleged rapist.” Who can get mad at a pregnant lady’s pregnancy announcement? Although I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before someone on Instagram is quick to type, “Um, letting your kid sit on your bump will cause it to deflate #badparenting” while another jumps in and asks if she remembered to slather her kid in SPF before exposing them to the sun’s rays. It was fun while it lasted, Donna!
