Four women are suing Danny Masterson, David Miscavige and Scientology itself for trying to shush them up about their accusations of rape by Danny. The women say that after disclosing their assaults to various people, they were stalked and harassed by Scientology. You mean to tell me that the creeps of Scientology pulled illegal and scary tactics to try to silent someone for speaking out against one of their high-ranking members?! It’s as if Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath was a docu-series!
TMZ says this “unrelenting Church conspiracy” is about the four women’s separate sexual assault allegations against Danny. Chrissie Carnell Bixler and Marie Bobette Riales are two of the women bringing the lawsuit against Danny and Scientology. The other two have remained Jane Does, because if this stalking is true, they don’t want their names out there.
Chrissie alleges that her dog mysteriously died after she talked about the rape, and that an autopsy showed it died from “unexplained traumatic injuries to its trachea and esophagus.” She also says she’s been run off the road by a car which was stalking her in June, and that same month Danny’s friend threatened to release underage nude photos of her.
Chrissie didn’t go public with the allegations at first and instead she told a Scientology employee about it. They allegedly told her that:
“You can’t be raped by someone you are in a consensual relationship with.”
That same person also told her that it’s a “High Crime” in the Church to report the rape to actual police, telling her she would be labeled a “suppressive person”. After that, the harassment began.
Marie accused Danny of assault in 2017, saying that he drugged and sexually assaulted her during the time they dated between 2002 and 2004. Since coming forward, she claims to have been surveilled and followed. She says her neighbors saw a man taking pictures of her driveway, and that same night someone broke her window. The two Jane Does have similar claims of random people doing fucked-up shit to them.
Danny told TMZ through his lawyers that the claims are ridiculous and it’s the work an ex-girlfriend trying to get revenge on him.
