Mariah Carey Got Burgled

I know it’s almost “All I want For Christmas Is You” season (sorry, not sorry) but that doesn’t mean there should be a jolly fellow creeping into Mariah Carey’s house in the middle of the night! According to TMZ, Mimi done got reverse Santa’d!

TMZ reports:

The L.A. burglars really hit the big one this time — breaking into Mariah Carey’s mansion and making off with $50,000 worth of stuff … TMZ has learned. Law enforcement sources tell us Mariah’s crib was hit around 3 AM Thursday. It appears they got in through a window or door on an upper floor … a ladder was found in the backyard.

And here I was sure that Mariah had a fireplace right there in her closet! The crooks left Mimi’s jewelry and snatched mostly sunglasses and very expensive handbags. I wonder if they took the Mayweather bag! TMZ reports that this is one of many similar break-ins that have been plaguing the celebrities of Los Angeles of late. Presumably, Reverse Santa only has a naughty list.

Cops are investigating, and they’ve got a glut of these cases now. As we’ve reported … Jason Derulo, Alanis Morissette, David Spade, Emmy Rossum and Scott Disick — to name just a few — have all been hit this year.

Thankfully, Mariah wasn’t home at the time of the break-in. She’s in New York, perhaps visiting Rockefeller square, paying early tribute to her own personal 911 and waiting for them to light the damn tree already! Christmas really is a magical time for Mimi, she’s really the most festive person there is. Like super duper festive. Mariah is the festivest. To put it plainly and simply, nobody is more festive than Mariah!
