Ciara Is Afraid Future Might Murder Russell Wilson

I guess it was really only a matter of time before Ciara dragged her fiancé Russell Wilson into her very messy million-dollar defamation lawsuit against the father of her 2-year-old son and her former fiancé, Future. Once you make plans to get married to someone, you start merging your lives together. And when you’re a famous person, that apparently includes bringing them into your drama.

TMZ says that Ciara has filed some more legal documents into the folder containing her $15 million defamation lawsuit against Future. And for the first time in a long time, it has nothing to do with the custody battle over their kid. Ciara claims she’s terrified for the safety of Russell Wilson, because she believes Future is fixing to do something not-right to him. According to the documents, Future has been making “threats” towards Russell, like allegedly using the following emojis on Instagram.

Russell Wilson is the quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks, so…yeah, that doesn’t look great. Ciara also brings up a song Future released last month called “Juice” in which Future raps about O.J. Simpson (how on-trend of you, Future). In it, Future maybe takes a swipe at Russell by saying: “Tryna fuck my baby mama, dog what’s up with you? You gon’ make me get that heat, I’m pulling up on you.” Okay, but to be honest, Future could be referencing any number of his baby mamas.

Ciara says that she’s “frightened” of Future’s behavior, and adds that it’s “socially irresponsible…where there has been a recent rash of gun violence.” As for what any of this has to do with Ciara’s defamation lawsuit, TMZ says Ciara never really ties the two together. Maybe she’s trying to save money by bundling her allegations? Like a legal BOGO or something. I’ve never sued someone for defamation, so I don’t know if it costs extra to file extra lawsuits.

One of Ciara’s original claims in her defamation lawsuit was that Future was starting shit with her in an attempt to get a little attention for his music. Congratulations, Future, your latest stunt was a success! Although I feel like it’s going to come back and bite him in the ass in the (no pun intended) future. Is there anyone in Future’s team who can look over his material before he releases it next time? “Rapping about doing violence to the person who is trying to have sex with the person who is suing you? I don’t know, Future. Maybe stick to stuff about turning on the lights? That’s worked well for you in the past.
