It Sounds Like Miranda Lambert And Anderson East Are Really Over

Back in February, InTouch claimed that 34-year-old Miranda Lambert, formerly of the boots n’ moonshine marriage to Blake Shelton, had called it quits with her boyfriend of two years, 30-year-old Anderson East. And then nothing really materialized. But here we are now in April, and it looks like InTouch might have been onto something.

Multiple sources tell UsWeekly that the rumors are true. Although one source says it might not be a permanent type of split:

“They have spent a lot of time apart, but potentially could end up back together. The love is still there.”

So they’re broken up, but…they’re probably not making FarmersOnly.com profiles just yet.

The sources also say that Miranda and Anderson have been dropping breakup hints all over social media and in concerts. Anderson stopped posting about Miranda back in November, while the last picture she posted of him happened in January. Miranda also might have hinted that there was trouble in pickup truck paradise during a concert in Knoxville, TN last month when she told the audience:

“I make it my mission every single time I step on the stage that no matter what, no matter where I am, I want to make you feel everything you could possibly feel. I want you to feel sad, mad, happy and nostalgic and really pissed sometimes. That’s my favorite. And part of feelings is also heartbreak unfortunately, but fortunately for me, I can use it for my art or whatever. I like to write sad songs. I like to listen to sad songs, so I want to sing y’all one.”

She then sang Tin Man, which is a sad song about heartbreak. Neither Miranda nor Anderson have confirmed their split, but they didn’t really have to. I mean, Miranda’s very obvious song into kind of did it for her. Literally the only way she could have made it any more obvious would be if she had added in something like, “You know, it’s time I head west…or south…or up north. Anywhere but east. Ahem, did y’all get that last part?”
