The Pastor Dad From 7th Heaven Confesses To Being A Child Toucher On Tape

Now that I look at that picture, dude does have that creepy “Good Christian father who hangs around his daughter’s slumber party in the basement all night” vibe about him.

Well, if you watched 7th Heaven as a kid, put on your black lace veil and mourn the beaten, tattered, shredded last piece of your childhood as it slips down the gutter. Because early this morning, TMZ threw up a recording of Stephen Collins, the pastor dad from 7th Heaven, telling his estranged wife (they’re in the middle of a long, nasty divorce) about the little girls he allegedly molested. TMZ says that in 2012, Stephen told his actress wife Faye Grant (aka Juliet from V) that he had abused several little girls. That gross confession led to Stephen and Faye going to therapy. Now, binge watching It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia will lead to you literally barfing in the toilet.

Faye secretly recorded the therapy sessions and her lawyer told her it was legal to do so. In California, you can secretly record someone if you’re using it to get evidence to prove that the person you’re recording committed a violent felony. In the tapes, Stephen admits to abusing an 11-year-old girl from New York, who was a relative of his first wife, and at least two other girls. Reverend Child Toucher gets detailed in the audio and you can listen to it at TMZ if you want, but prepared to feel the urge to pour boiled bleach directly into your ear holes.

TMZ says that the girl from New York he molested reported the abuse to the NYPD in 2012. The abuse happened decades ago, but statue of limitations begins at the time of reporting. So a case was opened. The NYPD recently flew to L.A. to talk to Faye Grant about the tapes and other victims. A rep for the NYPD says the investigation is active and there’s at least 3 victims.

This explains that Ruthie dance scene from 7th Heaven (now titled: 7th HELL).

And to add more layers of ICK NAST to this story, Stephen works with children all the time, he was in a movie called The Babysitter’s Seduction and he is co-director of the Committee for Stress-Free Schools.

Stephen was also in Jumpin’ Jack Flash, so I wonder what noted rape apologist Whoopi Goldberg is going to say about this on The View? “He didn’t molest MOLEST her, okay?” And when do we find out that Faye has been advised by The First Wives Club, because Stephen was Diane Keaton’s ex-husband in that movie and secretly recording him to prison is something The First Wives Club would come up with.
