Ten months after losing his wife, glamorous blonde legend Beth Chapman, to cancer, Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman is engaged! And, surprise! It’s NOT to Moon Angell, Beth’s best friend whom Dog proposed to on Dr. Oz in January. Nope, his new fiancée is Francie Frane (not as cool a name as “Moon Angell”, but it still slaps), a 51-year-old rancher from Colorado who Dog has been with for a few months. Nobody can tell you how to process losing a loved one. Some people drink. Some people take time off to be alone. And some people date their late spouse’s closest friend. Wait, what? Well, though that may not be the most ideal option for some people, it’s an actual thing to cozy up to someone close to the person you’ve lost. And this is the case with Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman, who is allegedly dating Beth Chapman’s best friend Moon Angell seven months after her death.
If Dog the Bounty Hunter ever wanted to change his name but keep it three letters, he should go with “Job” because he is going through it right now. Only three months after losing his wife Beth Chapman to cancer, Dog will reveal on an upcoming episode of The Dr. Oz Show that he’s been diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism. Things were much more pleasant back when Dog was dragging dirtbags out of their shifty friends’ houses.
