Diana Jenkins Of “Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” Has Settled Her Defamation Lawsuit With Crazy Days And Nights
Just when we thought we’d never hear from Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills one season wonder Diana Jenkins ever again, the former housewife is licking her lips in victory after announcing the settlement of her defamation lawsuit against blogger Enty Lawyer who’s behind the blind item site Crazy Days And Nights which made claims throughout their website, social media page, and Patreon that Diana is involved in a sex trafficking ring linked to Jeffrey Epstein.
Enty Lawyer waved a white flag and put out a statement on their website apologizing to Diana and admitting to the public that their statements connecting Diana to running a trafficking ring weren’t factual, according to Variety:
Jenkins sued in November over a series of blind items, tweets and podcast interviews that suggested that she was a sex trafficker who was linked to Jeffrey Epstein. In the settlement, the blogger — who goes by Enty Lawyer — agreed to retract the allegations.
“Diana is not, nor do I now believe she has ever been, involved in illegal or immoral activity,” he said on his blog. “I regret contributing to this false narrative, and I apologize to Diana and her family for the harm my statements have caused.”
Jenkins has dismissed the lawsuit. She posted a statement on Instagram on Tuesday, saying that she is looking forward to putting the situation behind her.
“This was a painful and expensive process, but fighting misinformation and bullying online is something I’m passionate about,” she said.
In the settlement, both parties agreed to allow Enty Lawyer to stay anonymous and, throughout the case, kept his identity hidden after evoking his first amendment right to anonymity. Here’s Diana’s complete statement:

Her RHOBH co-star, Lisa Rinna, who was recently axed from the show and left lurking in the confines of social media, was clearly longing for her shit-stirring days and didn’t skip a beat to write a shady comment seemingly aimed at their co-stars, declaring, “YOU deserve the biggest apology from EVERYONE!!!! And we know exactly who they are.”
Telling people to apologize for spreading false rumors is rich coming from those lips! But it’s nice when the Housewives rejects can support one another. I’m sure Diana’s happy to move on from this situation- even if her face is too injected to show it!
