Open Post: Hosted By Rihanna’s $1 Million Diamond Toe Ring
Billionaire panty princess Rihanna has never had any problems letting us know she’s not rich; she’s wealthy. Believe me, there’s a difference because if you’re rich you vacation on an island. When you’re wealthy, you own the damn island, and that’s your lesson in Finances 101. Now that she and her lottery ticket-winning lover A$AP Rocky are expecting tax dependent #2, Rihanna is basically spending her time taking pictures and being fabulous. However, when new trends pop up, leave it to her to show all the broke hoes how to do it better. This is the case with the new “quiet luxury” trend taking place on TikTok. Rihanna also participated but spoke loudly and shut everyone else up by showcasing her $1 million dollar toe ring.
Us Weekly reports RiRi will never let someone with less money feel good about themselves since she owns everything and revels in the luxury of OPULENCE darling. Jumping in on the “quiet luxury” trend in the only way she knows how RiRi went for the subtle route by strapping on a pair of heels that cost more than some folk’s paychecks to stunt on the masses. However, even if they tried to scrounge up enough couch change to purchase a pair of her expensive shoes, they would still fall short of completing the look since they couldn’t afford her toe jewelry.
In a TikTok video shared on Tuesday, May 23, the 35-year-old “Umbrella” songstress strutted her stuff in a pair of Amina Muaddi sandal heels, which retail for $1,300. The Grammy winner added even more drama with a diamond toe ring. The dazzling rock was nearly the size of the digit it was placed on and is worth a whopping $1 million, per BuzzFeed and Page Six.
“Quiet luxury,” Rihanna captioned the social media clip — a nod to the buzzy trend, which has been described as an understated wardrobe that exudes luxury without loud logos or branding. Rihanna’s take on the aesthetic, however, isn’t exactly quiet.
Some think that this was Rihanna’s way of announcing her engagement to A$SAP, but honestly, I think the second baby was the real engagement announcement. Because at this point, married or not, that dude is locked in for life. Or, at least, until Rih Rih decides his time is up, and she releases him from her lap of luxury. And when he asks what he’s supposed to do after getting his walking papers, she’ll laugh and answer, “Work, work, work, work, WORK!“.
