Open Post: Hosted By Another Sweet Moment Between Keanu Reeves And A Young Fan

Last year, international treasure Keanu Reeves became even more of an international treasure when a cute airport moment between him and a young fan went viral. Well, Keanu has done it again, and by “it,” I mean be nice to one of his kid fans. Listen, in this day and age, many famous types are throbbing assholes, so when a celebrity is nice and personable, it’s BREAKING NEWS! Besides, the world can never have enough sweet Keanu content in it. But be warned, watching the sweet clip may cause your dead heart to feel things as your blood sugar levels go up.

Uproxx says that the awwww-inducing moment, which was filmed by IGN, between Keanu and his 9-year-old superfan named Noah happened at a signing for the latest issue of his comic book BRZRKR in Los Angeles. After Noah fanboy’d over Keanu a bit, Keanu asked him if he’s seen Duke Caboom. Duke Caboom is the character that Keanu voiced in Toy Story 4. Okay, I’m about to get hit with God’s lightning bolt for criticizing Keanu Reeves, but Noah declared that he’s a Keanu Reeves superfan. So, of course, Noah knows who Duke Caboom is!

Noah: I’m such a big fan!

Keanu: What’s your name?

Noah: Noah, my name is Noah.

Keanu: Hi Noah, I’m Keanu.

Noah: You’re probably my favorite actor in the whole word. You’re the best!

Keanu: Oh my gosh, Noah, thank you! Did you see Duke Caboom in Toy Story 4?

Noah: Yeah! He’s my favorite character.

Keanu: Canada’s Greatest Stuntman! Well, I’m glad you liked it. I really liked playing Duke Caboom.

And now I fully expect other celebrities to recreate Keanu’s viral moments with his young fans when they need some good press. I’m sure that right now, one-time Keanu hater, Matthew Perry, is at Central Casting to hire a kid actor to fanboy over him in front of cameras. And yes, Central Casting will respond with, “I‘m sorry, but there’s not a kid actor good enough to pull that off.”
