Tom Cruise Made An Appearance At Yesterday’s Oscars Nominee Luncheon

Last year Tom Cruise jumped out of airplanes and took on a clandestine mission to become best friends with Queen Elizabeth before her passing, which simply proves he loves to live on THE EDGE! And one of the best ways to do that, especially as an actor, is to debut a brand new look that will make everyone wonder, “Hmmm, there’s something different about you. Are you on Ozempic?” This is what Page Six says happened to Tom Cruise at yesterday’s Oscar nominees luncheon, which he attended to support Top Gun: Maverick.

Tom’s highly anticipated film from last year, Top Gun: Maverick, has been nominated for the Best Picture award at this year’s Oscars, and as a producer of the film, Tom knew he needed to show up at the luncheon ready to turn heads. Here’s this year’s Oscar nominees posing for the 2023 class photo:

And according to Page Six most of the people in the room took one look at Tom Cruise and immediately cocked their heads to the side and basked in the Shades of Orangina radiating from his mug:

The “Top Gun: Maverick” actor rubbed shoulders with Hollywood’s elite at the star-studded event at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, but despite the myriad of big names packed into one lavish room, Cruise’s striking coif and skin tone were the first thing celebrities noticed.

Cruise sported a much deeper tan than he’s known for, and paired it with a longer hairstyle that fans aren’t used to seeing on him.

And Jamie Lee Curtis also dared to make eye contact with Tom Cruise as she took in his orange beauty:

Even Elvis himself (aka Austin Butler) had to take a moment before approaching Tom just in case he was in the midst of an imposter. Yes, that’s what’s going on here.

Well, Tom does look like a wide-grinning cult leader who stores his teeth in bleach at night and sprinkles his wigs with Love My Carpet before shaking them out in the morning. (That’s the best way to achieve that “fresh from the salon” glow of glory.) So obviously the look fits him!
