T.J. Holmes And Amy Robach Will Stay Off Of “Good Morning America” Until ABC News Completes Its Internal Investigation Into The Affair

Amy Robach and her GMA3 co-anchor/partner in cheating, T.J. Holmes, were taken off the air shortly after the news of their workplace tryst went public. ABC News also launched an internal investigation as T.J.’s past alleged affairs with other co-workers came out. Now, TMZ says that it’s been announced in an email that the anchors won’t be back until the investigation is completed. A mistake–give the people mess! What if one of them gets fired, and we don’t have an on-air post-affair reunion?! White Lotus is over; we need something juicy,

While ABC News’ HR is probably busy sifting through company emails looking for coded sexts, T.J. and Amy are sitting on their asses dealing with their own separate marriages dissolving. Sources have claimed Amy and her husband, Andrew Shue, were headed for divorce before this, and T.J. and his wife, Marilee Fiebig, have been in trouble as this is not his first affair, and she found out about his fucking the producer in 2019. Now ABC is reviewing if Amy and T.J.’s affair broke any policies. And, in an email from the President of ABC News, Kim Godwin, she once again addressed the horny elephant in the room and said that T.J. and Amy will stay off air until the investigation is wrapped up:

The email, obtained by TMZ, reads, “I want to take a moment to address the on-going matter involving GMA3 anchors T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach. I understand that the continuing coverage can be distracting from the incredibly important work our team does here at ABC News.”

She adds, “Amy and T.J. will remain off-air pending the completion of an internal review, and there will be a rotation of anchors at GMA3 for the time being. It is my hope that we will continue to focus our energy on what we do best, and I want all of you to know how immensely proud I am of your hard work and professionalism.”

But don’t worry, this is probably just legal technicalities to cover the company for any post-#MeToo blowback, and sources say everyone expects everything to go back to normal after it’s done:

While the conditions of the review might sound ominous from the outside looking in, we’ve been told by insiders that everyone at ABC, Amy and T.J. included, welcome this … as they’re confident a proper vetting will clear the couple’s names and that they’ll be back eventually.

All this for some sexy times. The old saying: “Don’t shit where you eat,” needs to be replaced with “Don’t fuck where you work,” because I think we all know not to do the first, but some in society could really use the reminder of the second. Also, Amy works for Dateline, and yet, she never investigated the alleged wanderings of T.J.’s dick before hopping on it? Maybe she did and didn’t care. Amy really needs to let us know and clear this up since her reputation as an investigative journalist is on the line!
