Simon Cowell Says He’s Done With Botox

Simon Cowell has announced that he’s officially done with Botox and fillers. He shared this very important information in an interview with The Sun. 62-year-old Simon claims that he currently has zero filler left in his face, and his “new look” (heh?) is due to healthy eating, drinking lots of water, and losing three stone (42 pounds). He admits that “there was a stage when I might have gone a bit too far,” and that his own son, 8-year-old Eric, was in “hysterics” over his appearance. Wow. Usually, little Eric is in hysterics over his father’s shitty personality. Big change!

Simon says he realized that his fillers made him “look like something out of a horror film.” He adds, via The Sun:

“There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far. I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day, and didn’t recognise it as me first of all. Eric (his son) was in hysterics. Enough was enough. There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero.

“There was a phase where everyone was having their faces pumped full of this and the other. But actually, for me now, a lot of it comes down to healthy eating and drinking tonnes of water.”

This weekend an allegedly filler-free Simon hit up the Kid’s Choice Awards. TMZ reported that he looked “remarkably different — in a good way.” Um… does… he? I’ll let you be the judge:

And here’s a reminder of the now-iconic face Simon debuted back in 2019:

I definitely see a difference. He doesn’t have the 2019 upside-down eyes anymore. But filler-free? Really? The header pic was taken back in February, and it still looks like something is going on. Maybe your features never truly recover when you fuck with them that hard. Or maybe Gabrielle Union prayed to the angels to curse Simon with the face he deserves for the rest of his days (as revenge for him giving her on bronchitis on the set of America’s Got Talent).

Now that Simon’s quit Botox, it’s high time he kicks his other weird rich-person habit: injuring himself in electric bike accidents. Do they make a patch for that?
