Michael Cera Is A First Time Daddy
Michael Cera recently welcomed his very first child. Yep, he’s a daddy! I mean, congrats and shit, but you’d think after knocking up Juno in Juno, the dude would be extra careful about not becoming another teen dad statistic. WAIT. Wikipedia has informed me that Michael is 33 years of age. Sigh. We are all very old.
Amy Schumer shared Michael’s baby news during a joint interview in promotion of their new show Life & Beth. She was talking to Entertainment Tonight about her own child, 2-year-old Gene, when she brought up Michael’s baby, via ET:
“Michael has a baby, too. Is that public knowledge?…I just outed him, I just outed his baby.”
After Schumer spilled the Cera baby beans, Michael confirmed the news, telling the reporter, “We’re right at the beginning of it. We’re doing the very basics right now.” Amy also shared details while promoting their new show on Chelsea Handler’s podcast, Dear Chelsea, via People:
“Michael Cera plays my romantic love interest,” she said of the Hulu show, adding: “He’s married, I’m married, we both have kids.”
Michael, who’s never really blabbed about his personal life, has reportedly been married since 2018. That year he and his longtime partner, Nadine, were papped wearing matching gold bands. Nadine’s last name is unknown. Un-Googleable! Private Instagram! Not friends with Michael’s mom on Facebook (I went deep)! Here’s the couple:

So far there are no other details about the très mystérieux Cera-______ child, and I doubt we’ll ever get them. Unless somebody pours 8-10 drinks down Amy Schumer’s gullet, hands her a microphone, and says, “Go.”
