Pamela Anderson Is Divorcing Her Fourth Husband, Dan Hayhurst, After A Year Of Marriage
I know this is shocking news for everyone so take a seat if you’re standing, I don’t want you falling over in absolute astonishment. 54-year-old Pamela Anderson married her 40-something bodyguard/handyman boyfriend, Dan Hayhurst, on Christmas Eve 2020. And now her rep confirms to People that the marriage is over.
Pamela has been married five times. She married Tommy Lee in 1995 and divorced him in 1998. She married and divorced Kid Rock in 2006, and married Rick Solomon in 2007 and also in 2013–neither of which lasted a year. Pamela “married” Jon Peters in 2020, but it doesn’t count because it was never made legal. And Pamela’s relationship with Dan started out messy because Dan was not single at the time he got with her. Dan’s ex-partner accused Pamela of “homewrecking” their family of five years.
After Pam and Dan got married, a source told People that they had “been together for a while,” and that she was “very happy.” The source added that they were “together for the entire pandemic. She’s super happy and he’s been helping her fix up her home on Vancouver Island.” Well, a source talked to Rolling Stone and said that while the pandemic brought their beautiful, non-complicated love together, it also tore them apart:
“Pamela loves as authentically as she lives,” says the source, who dubbed the brief union a “pandemic whirlwind” that petered out.
Us Weekly heard from more sources who said that the couple is “taking time apart” because recently they hadn’t “been getting along.” And that Pamela “rushed” into marrying Dan. YOU DON’T SAY?!
“Pamela rushed into [the] marriage,” the insider adds, noting that Anderson was “having regrets” about the whirlwind relationship. “She saw the marriage as a fresh start, but the spark has faded.”
And poor Dan is left in the dust! But he’s hoping that Pamela runs back into his bodyguard/handyman arms:
Hayhurst, however, is holding out hope that he and the Baywatch actress might reconcile. “He really wants to make the marriage work,” the source tells Us.
A second insider tells Us, “Pam left Dan and his kids without a single goodbye” after the holidays, adding, “Now the kids are heartbroken.”
Dan must be as hopelessly optimistic as she is because Rolling Stone says Pamela has already filed for divorce.
What’s also really surprising is that Pamela has been married five times and not once has she married her soulmate Julian Assange. When will Pamela stop putting these poor, innocent men through this emotional rollercoaster and just have the prison romance she’s craving?
