Joe Francis Claims His Ex-Girlfriend Has Kidnapped Their Twin Daughters

It wasn’t that long ago that Joe Francis was making a career for himself as the predatory creator of the Girls Gone Wild video series. But now, Joe is crying that his girls are gone, and he’s wildly accusing the twins’ mother Abbey Wilson of kidnapping. Joe Francis and Abbey Wilson welcomed two twins girls, Alexandria and Athena, a little over seven years ago. Things have been messy between Joe and Abbey for a while, but it recently turned into a Not Without My Daughters situation, according to claims made by Joe. However, if you ask for Abbey’s side of things, she’ll claim she’s the Sally Field of this situation.

Joe and Abbey have been living with their twin daughters in Mexico because Joe still owes a bunch of money on his gambling debts and lawyer’s fees back in the United States. And things seemed a-ok for a while. But then things took a turn between 48-year-old Joe and 33-year-old Abbey. In 2020, Joe was arrested and charged with domestic violence. It wasn’t revealed who his victim was, but based on evidence presented on Abbey’s Instagram account, it looked like it was Abbey. Abbey had also taken to posting some inspiring quotes about survival and strength during that time. So according to Joe, he hasn’t seen his daughters in over a week, and this has him concerned enough to get the authorities involved. TMZ reports that recently filed legal documents show that Joe is wondering where in the world his kids are, because they were supposed to spend Christmas at his house, and they never showed up. Joe has also accused Abbey of going MIA and living with another man.

According to new legal docs, Abbey Wilson has been ignoring court orders to let Joe see their twin daughters and the trio has fallen off the grid.

In the docs, Joe claims he was supposed to have the girls on Christmas but the mother never showed up with them on his doorstep … and the kids haven’t been seen in 10 days.

According to the docs, Abbey is also accused of family violence … and authorities have been unable to serve her with legal papers as they can’t find her … because she hasn’t been living at her listed address for at least 6 months.

In the docs, Joe claims Abbey and the kids are actually living with another man.

Sources told TMZ that Abbey was believed to be on the brink of being charged with kidnapping and that an amber alert was going to be issued for Alexandria and Athena. But, that might be averted, thanks to Abbey’s lawyer who claims their children are not missing and she has full temporary custody of them. Oh, and kidnapping? Abbey’s lawyer claims that Abbey has removed the children from a physically and verbally abusive situation and that Joe hasn’t ponied up a single cent for the childrens’ care in over a year. Additionally, her lawyer adds that Abbey has not been charged with kidnapping. The claims made by Abbey’s lawyer are echoed over on Abbey’s Instagram account, where she posted this alleged conversation between herself and what is implied to be Joe, just last month:

Also in November, Abbey wrote the following on an Instagram post, in which she claims she’s been desperately trying to escape Mexico, but is having a difficult time because Joe has allegedly threatened her and cut off all her access to money:

“Although I love Mexico, I am devastated my children and I are still not allowed to travel outside of Mexico or live in the United States where we obtain citizenship. We live in fear on a daily basis. My ex has not provided financial support in over a year, he does not help with their education, their medical bills, housing, food, or ANYTHING. He stole our home, ALL of our clothes and personal belongings, he stole our car from my parking garage, and has made it clear I am not safe in Mexico. I have faith that the Mexican government, judges, and various hard working people overseeing our case will do the right thing.”

Since this is Joe Francis we’re talking about, I wouldn’t be surprised if the authorities got involved and said: “So your children haven’t been in contact with you in over a week. Okay, and this is bad, because….?“.
