Deavan Clegg Of “90 Day Fiancé” Is Threatening To Sue Jenelle Evans Of “Teen Mom” For Defamation

There’s a new feud in reality TV land. But baby, it’s F-list reality TV land. Teen Mom‘s resident Michael Vick, Jenelle Evans, has gotten into some legal mess with Deavan Clegg of 90 Day Fiancé. The two were apparently involved in a podcast together which went south and now Deavan is suing over a video where Jenelle suggests Deavan does Xanax and stole some of Jenelle’s pills.

TMZ says that this drama started over a podcast called Girl S#!t which was supposed to be hosted by Deavan, Jenelle, and another influencer-type, TikToker, Gabbie Egan. According to The Hollywood Gossip, the show ended up not happening because Deavan and Jenelle didn’t get along. It’s been reported that Deavan didn’t like Jenelle because she found her to be a bad person. Can’t disagree with Deavan on that one. Deavan talked about the defunct podcast with John Yates, a YouTuber who comments about all things 90 Day Fiancé. THG says that Jenelle saw Deavan and John talking about how the podcast went under and decided to sue John over it. Her legal documents say:

“On or about March 31, 2021, Defendant Yates posted a YouTube Live video that…talked about [Jenelle]’s dismissal from her new podcast,” the documents read… “Defendant Yates stated that it was brought up to the management team and that was enough for [Jenelle] to be fired.” The lawsuit claims “which was untrue and affected [Jenelle] and her business opportunities.”

Two can play that game! Both the legal game and the YouTube video game! Jenelle decided to make a YouTube video of her own, and in her 44-minute video, Jenelle accused Deavan of popping on Xanax like a sad sugar baby with a neglectful sugar daddy. via TMZ:

Deavan’s planning to file suit against Jenelle for defamation and cyberstalking … according to her publicist, Lindsay Feldman of BrandBomb Marketing… Deavan accused Jenelle and Gabbie of bullying and ganging up on her, and Jenelle accused Deavan of spreading lies.

It all came to a head recently though, with Jenelle posting a 44-minute video explaining her side — but also dropping an allegation that Deavan uses Xanax and once stole Jenelle’s supply.

Deavan vehemently denies that, and it’s one of the main reasons she’s threatening to sue Jenelle.

Here’s Jenelle’s video:

But that’s not all. Deavan is also thinking of suing Gabbie too. The Ashley’s Reality Roundup says that Gabbie revealed Deavan was pregnant before she could herself. Deavan ended up miscarrying, and her publicist told Us Weekly that Deavan:

“Sadly suffered a miscarriage at nine weeks back in April… This is a private matter that she is grieving over with the support of [boyfriend Chris “Topher” Park] and her family by her side.”

TMZ says that because of Gabbie’s loose lips, Deavan is thinking of suing:

While she’s at it, we’re told she’s also considering legal action against Gabbie for allegedly violating an NDA related to the podcast.

Deavan’s publicist says she “feels attacked and plans to hold everyone legally accountable.”

Oh, did you hear that? You can sue people for feeling attacked. Somebody tell Laganja Estranja! She has a case!

I hope Deavan goes to court in that same pink afro and yells the same thing to the judge.
