Tyrese Regrets Feud With The Rock, Calls It “Not Professional”

Looks like Tyrese Gibson finally smartened up when it comes to his beef with America’s muscled-up sweetheart Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.Says fucking who?” – Vin Diesel

UsWeekly is reporting that Tyrese made some apologetic-style comments to Van Lathan while on an episode of the podcast, Red Pill. Tyrese said:

“I found myself being the messenger on behalf of various people associated to the [Fast and Furious] franchise. But stupid me was the only one who went public about those feelings, which is my own fault. It’s not professional, it’s not cool.”

I guess Tyrese realized he didn’t actually want to lose out on those millions of dollars working on Fast and Furious gets him and tried to save face. Good choice, mama. The feud which Tyrese was referring to dates back to October of 2017 when he posted on Instagram some claims that The Rock was holding up production of the next Fast and Furious film due to his own spin-off.

Tyrese also deleted another post which said:

“I have never and will never have a problem with this major movie star he’s my brother. I’m simply trying to reach him cause he won’t call me back about this solo #HobbsMovie I want you to shoot it just not right now cause the #Fast9 release date has already been announced and we can’t let our loyal fans #FastFamily or our loyal fast and furious FANS down on any level from pushing the date…….. Didn’t you see how HUGE #Fast8 was? It’s because we announced and KEPT our release date bro.”

This comes after The Rock talked about the feud himself while on an episode of Andy Cohen‘s Watch What Happens Live last week. The Rock was a shady lady the whole time and really dug his spot in my heart deeper:

I love when he said: “Apparently he was going through some stuff too, in his personal life.” What a classy-ass way to say he was cracked the fuck out on drugs. Elegant. Another great call out: “I always feel like a beef requires two people to actually really jump in it, and it was really one-sided.” This feud is not even on his radar! He’s above it! The Rock is too busy out here saving flaming skyscrapers from humongous monster cars in the jungle or whatever the fuck it is happens in his hundreds of films earning him millions of dollars.

I do agree with The Rock on the pettiness of the feud. I see nothing interesting in the conflict unless it’s somehow going to circle around to him ripping his shirt off and wrestling Tyrese while covered in oil, because you know I love a muscular man. Personally, I’m more interested in the feud with Tyrese which never saw a real ending.  That’s right, I’m talking about the one between him and Amber Tamblyn! Now that Tyrese is over The Rock, he can really focus on his revenge!
