Steve and Sheree have three children of their own. There was no reason given for their split at the time of Steve’s announcement, but now “sources” are running off to People to spill some details. According to sources, the couple had been “coasting” and grew apart. But sources added that their marriage was also affected by Steve getting fired from General Hospital after refusing to get the COVID-19 vaccine So you see, getting pregnant with another dude isn’t that shocking when you think about how her ex was an anti-vaxxer, right?!

Entertainment Weekly says that 51-year-old Steve Burton has been let go from the ABC soap opera General Hospital where he had played Jason Morgan on the series on and off from 1991 to 2012 and then returned in 2017. He joined the unemployment line with co-star, 50-year-old Ingo Rademacher, who played Jasper “Jax” Jacks and exited the series after also refusing to be vaccinated.
