You may know David Koechner from his roles as Todd Packer in The Office or as Champ Kind in the Anchorman films. But cops in Simi Valley, California know him best as the guy they arrested for drunk driving and allegedly hitting a street sign on New Year’s Eve…. afternoon. Yep, dude was arrested for a DUI at 3:00 PM. Afternoon delight, indeed.
