Lady Gaga Is Getting Dragged For Doing A Nurtec Ad
There’s a mutiny happening over at the S.S. Gaga where little monster fans are turning on their pop-provocateur captain Lady Gaga after she took to her social media and dared utter the words…proud to partner with Nurtec ODT? Mother Monster posted a paid partnership ad on Instagram sharing her lifelong struggle with migraines, leading her to try Nurtec. And Gaga wishes she had “found it sooner.” And for some reason, the pure act of doing a sponsored post for a pharmaceutical company gave fans a migraine.
Nurtec is the same brand Khloe Kardashian did a commercial for where she debuted her newest face (at the time) and ate popcorn in a way that was so unnatural even CGI would’ve looked more real:
The New York Post reports that Gaga also did a commercial for the brand, where she opened up about her battle with migraines since the age of 14 and described locking herself in her room with the lights off while the pain would go on for days! DAYS! No wonder she wished she had found it sooner. The commercial shows Gaga doing her thing on stage during her 2022 Chromatica Ball world tour while narrating the ad:
“I know what it’s like to perform through pain. If you’re like me, one of the millions suffering from pain caused by migraine, Nurtec ODT might help. It’s the only medication that can treat a migraine when it strikes and prevent migraine attacks,” she said in the ad.

And that’s when the little monsters evolved into little assholes and started shitting on Gaga in the comments section:
Many fans were stunned to see the “Shallow” singer promoting the pharmaceutical giant on Instagram.
“Gaga is doing paid promo for Nurtec. The recession touches all,” one fan quipped on Twitter.
Slammed another on Instagram, “Keep pushin’ big pharma.. keep killing your fans.”
“Wtf is wrong with this account? Where is Gaga? Who’s doing this? How come our Mother Monster would do a sponsor for… medicine?” questioned one concerned Little Monster.
“Killing your fans”?? I think the little monsters need a stepping stool cause this is a reach! Meanwhile, other stars have entire albums dedicated to mixing pills with cough syrup cause they’re sad.
