Post Malone Injured Himself Onstage (Again)
I realize that tatted-up hip-hop cherub Post Malone likes to charm fans with his down to Earth swag and hype man antics, but if he doesn’t learn how to maneuver a stage soon, he’s going to end up killing himself. Post has a history of getting just a little too hyped and injuring parts of his body, and during a recent stop on his Twelve Carat Tour at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Post has once again become the poster boy for accidental injuries when he twisted his ankle, yet still kept the party going.
According to Stereogum, Post was performing a series of bounces and jumps to get everyone going last month at a show in St. Louis when suddenly the crowd thought he transformed into a magician when half of his body disappeared from the stage. Unfortunately, the only magic act he performed that day was clumsiness after falling through a trap door before having to check into a hospital afterward.

While performing “Circles,” he took a wrong step and landed halfway in an opening that was used to lower his guitar earlier in the show. Medics came and took the rapper away. It was unclear whether or not the concert would go on until Posty emerged 15 minutes later with an apology.
“St. Louis, I’m so fucking sorry I ruined the show tonight, ladies and gentleman,” he said. “I promise next time I come around, I won’t fucking wreck y’alls night, I’m sorry for that. That being said, fuck… That being said, I want to thank you for your patience and I’m sorry.”
“There was a bigass hole in the middle of the stage that I busted my ass on,” he continued. “I want to say thank you to everybody for hanging in there and thank you to everybody for… I got the best fucking fans in the world.”
You’d think his last tumble onstage would have taught him to watch where he’s going. But no. The Party Monster inside of him takes over and makes him throw caution to bodily injury. And during those moments, his forever nemesis, The Stage, shouts, “Finish Him!!!“, as he stumbled into a hole during his performance in Atlanta and sprained his ankle.

He then addressed the audience: “Tell you what … there’s little holes in the middle of stage where fire comes out of, which is pretty fucking badass, but I just twisted up my ankle a little bit on that hole there,” he said. “So if my dance moves aren’t 100%, you’ve gotta forgive me tonight, ladies and gentlemen, I’mma do my best.”
27-year-old Posty became a dad not too long ago, so one of his father/daughter bonding moments can be learning how to walk together. Because if he keeps this going, Post will be doing the rest of his tour in a full-body cast.
