Blac Chyna Is Reportedly Under Investigation For Battery By The LAPD

Blac Chyna just lost her $100 million lawsuit against the Kardashians and I guess she’s interested in getting back into the courtroom ASAP because TMZ says that the 33-year-old is under investigation for battery by the LAPD. Well, good thing there isn’t courtroom testimony about all the times she’s threatened violence against people, or else that would look bad!

LAPD sources tell TMZ that Chyna has been named as a suspect in a battery report that was filed last Friday and they’re currently investigating. TMZ also spoke with Sequoya King, the victim of the alleged attack:

The alleged victim, Sequoya King, tells TMZ … she and Chyna got into a verbal dispute which turned physical.

King says the alleged incident went down early Friday morning at a bar in Los Angeles … where King says Chyna took her phone out of her hand and slammed it to the ground, damaging it. She also claims BC kicked her in the stomach, causing her to fall down.

King says the incident began after Chyna got upset because she believed she was being recorded by people in the bar. King says BC accused her of using her phone to record, an allegation she denied.

According to King … they got into an argument and Chyna took her phone from her hand, smashed it down on the ground and charged at her, kicking her in the stomach. King says Chyna’s friends pulled her away and got her into a car.

There’s footage! Not of the fight itself, though, but of the aftermath. Clearly, someone has slow hands–in Los Angeles, you gotta be ready to film a D-list celebrity physically assaulting your friend at all times!

Check out the video which shows the aftermath of the alleged attack. At around 1:15 you hear the alleged victim say, “Did you feel good when you kicked me in my fat-ass stomach?” It sounds like Blac Chyna denies it.

The video is not really doing either of these women any favors, as it appears to show various people confirm that Blac Chyna did indeed throw a kick, but I’m also pretty sure I clearly hear Sequoya taunting Chyna, “Fight me, fight me.” So like… tough to sue someone when you’re begging for a fight, just saying. If a celebrity ever hits you, just fall down and hold your neck. That’s the move! Maybe groan a little.

Blac Chyna is a mess and needs to chill. Chyna already claimed her exes haven’t been paying support to her, so she doesn’t have any money to spare for covering legal fees for crimes like this! If she keeps it up, she’ll have to sell another one of her luxury cars and I’m sure she doesn’t want that. Priorities, Chyna, priorities.
