Elon Musk’s plan to become Twitter’s new overlord has gotten even messier because a shareholder has hit him and Twitter inc. with a lawsuit to try to prevent him from buying that shit before 2025. The lawsuit spits out a lot of smart money people stuff, like stating that Delaware law “forbade a quick merger because Musk had agreements with other big Twitter shareholders” and that the takeover can’t be completed for at least three years unless holders of “two-thirds of shares not ‘owned’ by him granted approval.” Well, if that lawsuit is successful, I’m sure Elon will patiently wait almost three years to buy his newest toy since he totally doesn’t have the attention span of a baby goldfish on meth – Yahoo!
