When you think of Tom Cruise, obviously the first thing that pops into your head is Scientology Katie Holmes Nicole Kidman he’s crazy CAKES. Every holiday season, Tom orders dozens of white chocolate coconut bundt cakes from Doan’s Bakery in Woodland Hills, California, and sends them to famous buddies like Rosie O’Donnell, Henry Cavill, Barbara Walters, and Kirsten Dunst (she calls it “The Cruise Cake”). This year Tom went the extra (5,500) mile(s) and paid thousands of dollars to have his private plane fly to the UK and deliver 300 cakes to the crew of the latest Mission: Impossible flick. So does this make up for screaming in their faces?

A source tells The Sun:

Tom wanted to give the team on Mission: Impossible a treat for Christmas and decided that only cakes from his favourite bakery in LA would do. He organised for the shop to make 300 cakes especially and they were then flown back to the UK on his jet.

“It is extravagant, but Tom is an incredibly generous person and he wanted to do something special for everyone who has worked on the movie with him.”

Tom is so generous and kind and totally doesn’t punish members of his cult! He is a wise and just leader, much like Christ himself. This is why Christmas is Tommy’s time to shine. Cake for everyone! Fuck climate change!

Except… do Scientologists celebrate Christmas? Google says yes! In fact, they have an entire catalog of L. Ron Hubbard-approved gifts for the holiday season, including the latest e-meters (“the perfect present for the perfect auditor”), dozens of L. Ron’s books (“get others on the routes to knowledge”) and a Dianetics how-to kit for $75. Only $75?! That’s a steal in the Church of Scientology! Usually, you have to re-mortgage your house to journey up the Bridge to Total Freedom!
