Open Post: Hosted By Luke Evans’ Extremely Ripped New Body

March 19, 2021 / Posted by:

Anyone who has seen a picture of Luke Evans at the beach knows that Luke Evans has an (ahem) boddy-oddy-oddy. And anybody who has seen a recent-ish picture knows that Luke has been on a shredded-body journey. And yesterday, Luke posted a side-by-side to Instagram to show everyone what he’s been up to in quarantine. Guess what, he’s been making the most of it, apparently. Can you believe there are some people who don’t spend every day in quarantine, curled into a ball, shoving pints of Ben & Jerry’s in their mouth for the serotonin boost? Luke has been working out his body day and night, but don’t ask Luke any specifics about his progress – that’s not the point! At least according to Luke.

Luke wrote in the caption:

“8 months of work but I got there. June 2020 – February 2021. I won’t bother putting statistics as the judges will only judge. #fbf #nearly42”

As for how he got so ripped, well – he’s rich, which means he’s got the type of home gym to get it done.

I still can’t get over who he thinks is going to judge him. Who would dare to suggest the veins around his upper groin area could be more popping, or that they can still detect a half-ounce of body fat around his nipples? Or maybe Luke means that the judges will only judge, as in – judges will do what they do. Specifically, judges like to pound their gavels. Maybe Luke is afraid a judge is going to ask to test out the density of his new body by using one of his smooth, flat, rock-hard pecs as a sound block.
