Alton Brown Apologized For His Tweets About The Holocaust

Earlier this week, Food Network host Alton Brown came out as a Republican and tweeted some dumb, anti-Semitic Holocaust “jokes.” Huh. Makes his wackadoo Twitter rant about Election day stress-eating a lot less fun. Because he was stressed over Trump not winning. And it looks like whoever signs Alton’s paychecks ordered him to apologize. So he did.

You bet your ass Alton’s since deleted the tweets, but Twitter has the screenshots. First, his admission that he is a Republican, but that he supports Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and also supports the Democrats in the Georgia Senate run-off. Alton Brown lives in Georgia.

When a fan expressed their disappointment about Alton being a conservative, he slapped back:

And then, later that evening, Alton laid down the Holocaust “”””””jokes””””””. 

That went down as well as you’d think it’d go down and so Alton tweeted an apology and said that he wasn’t making jokes:
