Hot Slut Of The Day!
Tesco Cat!
Who among us hasn’t casually strolled into a grocery store, knocked a box of treats off the shelf, and then took a nap on it? Hell, I may or may not be writing this post on my phone as my head lies on a bag of Hot Fries and my hungover carcass is sprawled out in the middle of an aisle at Ralph’s. That’s just some regular Sunday morning behavior.
Tesco Cat got a little viral attention after human, Melanie Morris-Jones, took his picture as he lay next to a box of treats on the floor of a Tesco Express in the town of Rugby in Warwickshire, England. Melanie posted the pics to Facebook where it was passed around. She told Metro UK that she asked the cashier about him before leaving the store. The cashier basically said, “Oh yeah, that’s Frank, he’s having a tough time at home with his wife, so he comes hear to drown his sorrows. He gets messy sometimes, but overall he’s a good man.” Melanie said this to Metro UK:
“I had just popped in to the Tesco to get a drink and some food before work. I came across the cat just lying there next to the box of cat food it had knocked off. It had clearly tried to go for the food but I don’t know it must have just given up. ‘I asked the cashier if she knew there was a cat over in the pet aisle ‘She said yes she knew it was there and that it was a regular. I’m not sure who owned it – but it was completely chilled out. The cat looked like it didn’t even care.”
Because this is an important news story, it has made the rounds and now Tesco Cat is somewhat of a local celebrity.

As to how Tesco Cat feels about his newfound fame, he’d probably lift his head and look at the crowd around him while thinking, “Why are all those idiots taking my picture, and why are they asking for my autograph, and why didn’t they bring me any food? Fuck this,” before lying his head down again. Tesco Cat IS all of us tomorrow morning when our alarms go off.
