Oprah Still Has “Hope” About Donald Trump Being President…….

Entertainment Tonight caught up with our actual ruler and asked the question that’s on everybody’s minds post-Trump winning the POTUS job – “How does Oprah Winfrey feel?”

Well, Oprah said she’s feeling hope. I’d point out that Oprah’s feeling that hope from her multimillion-dollar seaside compound in Montecito, CA, which is right down the street from the the horse farm she bought this year for $29 million. I’d be feeling hope, too, if my servants picked up after the dogs with poo bags made of $100 dollar bills.

Oprah says that when she saw President-Elect Donald Trump (Jesus, it’s a real thing that I’m typing) meet with current POTUS Barack Obama in the White House on Thursday, “it gave me hope.” Not to burst her surely solid gold and diamond-encrusted bubble, but she knows that meeting was probably legally or presidentially bound to happen, right? Does she think either of them wanted to be there? And Trump needed to get back to desperately calling his lawyers and demanding that they get him out of this!

Oh, and Oprah stated “that will never happen to me” when the ET correspondent asked her to run for president.

Supreme Being Oprah also spoke to the AP and kept it up with that “hope” business.

In an interview with The Associated Press on Thursday, Winfrey said “hope is still alive” after Obama said he was encouraged by Trump’s willingness to work with his team during the transition of power. The meeting between Obama and Trump lasted nearly 90 minutes.

O also felt that Trump was “humbled” by the experience. Girl, he just won the presidency despite being Donald Trump. The only thing humbling him at this point is a super-comet obliterating the earth.

“I could sense, maybe I’m wrong, but I could sense from Donald Trump’s body language even when he came out for the acceptance speech, that brotha has been humbled by this whole thing. I think it’s a humbling process that now you literally have the weight of the world on your shoulders,” she said.

Far be it from me to soapbox your asses (any further than I already have) about our current political situation here in the US. I’ll just leave this YouTuber’s comment after watching Oprah’s acceptance of a Trump White House in this interview with ET.

Watch Oprah speaking with ET below. I think the interview might have gone a little differently if ET had sent Nancy O’Dell to conduct it.
