Josh Duggar Sued Arkansas DHS After They Investigated Him

Many advertisers are doing what Jim Bob Duggar has never done while mating with Michelle Duggar. They’re pulling out. So far, 13+ advertisers and counting have let it be known that they’re done with buying commercial space during 19 Kids and Counting. TLC snatched 19 Kids and Counting from its schedule, but they haven’t officially dropped it in the bin marked CANCELED yet. Maybe they’re thinking it’ll all blow over (or they’re working on that rumored spin-off show). If they’re waiting it out, they better get a copy of War and Peace and have a seat in the most comfortable chair in the waiting room, because it’s going to be a while. This mess isn’t going away. Case in point: InTouch Weekly uncovered another dingle in this shitty situation.

Some people wondered why Child Services never put a magnifying glass over the Duggar house since some dark-sided shit went down in there. InTouch Weekly says that Arkansas Department of Human Services was alerted and did investigate Josh Dugger for child molestation. When the police closed their case against the child touching baked potato in 2006 due to the statue of limitations being up, they handed it over to the Families in Need of Services agency. Eventually, DHS was brought in to investigate. Nine months into the case, a then 19-year-old Josh sued Arkansas DHS. A trial happened on August 6, 2007 and Josh got what he wanted. The investigation was sealed and DHS’ findings were locked away in Michelle Duggar’s hair of secrets. Since DHS’ report was sealed, InTouch doesn’t know what’s in there or why Josh sued, but a source has some thoughts:

The results of the investigation into the Duggars and Josh’s trial are sealed. But a source familiar with the Duggar investigation told In Touch it was likely that Josh “appealed the DHS decision or finding from their investigation.” The source notes that DHS had the authority to apply “restrictions or stipulations about him being at home with the victims.

“Josh would be considered an in-home offender, giving DHS the authority to do an investigation. As part of your appeal rights you can request a DHS hearing to challenge what they found and their ruling.”

InTouch also managed to talk to the cop friend of the Duggars who gave Josh a “stern” talking to in 2003, but didn’t report him. State Trooper Joseph Hutchens is currently serving a 56 year prison sentence for child porn. If you want to know what this Officer PedoFlicks looks like, grab a water gun full of holy water, prepare to shoot at your screen and click here. That creepy mug shot scared my pubes white.

Josh Hutchens tells InTouch that he’s pretty much disgusted with Jim Bob Duggar, because he downplayed what Josh did. Joseph says that Jim Bob never told him that Josh molested five girls. Jim Bob told Joseph it was one girl and “only” happened once. And now, here’s an episode of: Pedo Pot Calling Pedo Kettle “Wrong.”

“I did what I thought was right and obviously it wasn’t. If I had to do it over again, I would have told him immediately I am going to call the hotline and contacted the trooper that worked those cases and have a full report made. I thought I could handle it myself.”

I mean…. When a convicted child porn collector who looks like he was kicked out of the War Boys for being too creepy is judging you, then I don’t even know what to say.
