TMZ reports that KFed's shark lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, will be in front of The Commish at 8:30 morning requesting Brit be stripped completely of all visitation rights. Um…well she can't really conduct visits if she's in the damn hospital, so this makes sense. A lawyer from Trope and Trope will also be present to represent Britney even though they asked to be removed from the case earlier this week.
TMZ also claims that sources are telling them Brit's meltdown had nothing to do with drugs or booze. They say it's mental and that what went down last night was not unexpected. That's a fucking understatement. I'm surprised it took this long.
I'm surprised KFed's lawyer didn't show up at The Commish's house as soon as Brit refused to turn over the kids. He was probably knocking on the doors and shit.
Cops also say that Brit had not slept or eaten for days. WHAT?! Has hell frozen over? Brit without a Frapp? Impossible. They also say she was laughing non-stop all the way to the hospital and flipped off the paps. Us reports that she was completely freaking out on the hospital gurney. They had to strap her down, because she was going hysterical and wouldn't stop laughing.
