A Photographer Was Killed Trying To Get A Pic Of Justin Bieber's Ferrari
And that stoned lesbian woodland creature wasn't even in it. This is a shame. TMZ reports that a paparazzi photographer was struck by a car and killed yesterday while trying to get a shot of Justin Bieber's white Ferrari after it was pulled over by the LAPD.
Bieber's car was being driven by a friend of his and cops had pulled it over on Sepulveda Blvd. The so-far unnamed pap had been following the dickmobile in his own car, pulled up near them, and got out to get a shot. The officers involved had told him to move it along for safety reasons right before he was killed.
The owner of the car that struck the guy wasn't on drugs or alcohol at the time.
I can't think of a more depressing death. Google Images gives ya plenty of shots of that car, and him in it. Just use one of those. Same situation, different hat maybe. THE MINISCULE DOUCHE WASN'T EVEN IN THE CAR.

I feel sorry for that guy but this should be listed the top most silly useless deaths. Most traffic accidents are dangerous, I learned my lesson a long time ago when another person saved my life pulling me out of the front of a speeding car.

Oh, lawyers are already linin' up to file suit against everyone involved: Bieber, the CHP, the drivers of both cars, etc. The CHP pulled the Ferrari over on the 405, then escorted it onto Sepulveda. The pap's heirs are going to say that was negligent. Etc., etc. Insurers often pay up just to be done with it, especially where, as here, the dead guy's heirs could collect a bundle if it hits.
In an unrelated incident at 3 am on the morning of Jan. 1st, a drunk guy on PCH in the Palisades was hit and killed as he staggered home from a rave. The guy who hit him was sober but unlicensed. The police questioned the driver, then let him go. How is that possible? If he wasn't driving unlicensed, he wouldn't have killed the drunk guy.
I know people are probably saying it for comic relief, but if people's actual response is " Justin Beiber is always the jerk, the douche, to blame" for shit, even when it's not his fault, then you are FUCKING STUPID...truly, fucking STUPID...and doubly annoying for making me defend this turd wad...There I said it! All of us have gotten flustered - esp when we were younger probably- and done something without thinking or gotten excited and done something stupid or dangerous. First, RIP to the man who lost his life and condolences to his family/friends.
Second, I also feel sorry for the person that hit and killed him.
Third, perhaps we need some stronger pap stalking laws in this country, like some that countries in parts of Europe have made.
This dude/dudette was doing their job. Right, wrong or however stupid in this moment he/she was, perhaps this was a money shot that would pay his rent, car payment, etc., or so they thought.
The public's fascination with celebrities' private lives is certainly part of this equation, however, I don't think most of us would want the paps to be in harm's way to get a shot of Biebs smoking a bowl while driving.

surprise surprise somebody was injured because the paparazzi didn't listen to police and broke the law again. My boyfriend lives a block off Sepulveda and is a constantly busy street and anybody who got out of their car in the middle of it is asking for it.

I read a more detailed account of this: the photographer actually stopped his car on one side of the 405, ran across traffic to shoot pictures, was told "more than once by cops" to get the hell away, and was killed trying to cross it the other way. Now his family and friends are claiming he was no paparazzo! Probably because they're planning a suit against the cop. Oh that poor young man.
