Tip Of The Day: Don't Eat Crack Out Of Your Brother's Crack
Sometimes the headline is all you need to heave out a proper WTF and this is one of those times. Just remember that if you're ever in the back of a police car with your brother after getting caught with drugs in your car and he begs you to felch the evidence out of his asshole, just say capital N-O (or at least snowball some the evidence into your brother's mouth, DAMN!) This shit has scared me into screaming out "FUCK NO!" anytime I think my sister is about to throw a question at me. Better to be safe than...well you know...

That was some nasty shit.
And after seeing the video and reading some of the transcript (she refuses to listen to sound at work and look "unprofessional", whatever that is) she says the older brother should get "murder 3 at LEAST". Although we are in a different state so we have somewhat different laws. But I do think that we can all agree that he DESERVES it.

I was talking to my friend who is a Criminal Justice major and has worked with criminals and she said that if it was over a certain amount of cocaine he would be charged with a Class A felony, but if you're high it's only a Class C or B felony because they can't prove exactly how much cocaine you took.
Her exact quote: "It's pretty amazing that they knew THAT but not that eating all that would kill you. Drug addicts AMAZE me; they are SO stupid/smart at the same time."

Well.. there it is.
I dunno I think it's sad, if you read the full story and watch the video, it's clear that the older brother forces/guilts his younger sibling into essentially killing himself in order to try and save his own skin. Both brothers were clearly stupid, especially the younger one who must have been borderline retarded, but being a dumbass doesn't mean you're a bad person and/or deserve to die. I know some really sweet and nice dumb people! Dumb people are easy to take advantage of tho, especially if you're a sociopath fuck like the murdering scumbag older brother in this story. He fucking knew he was killing his wee brother (who's crying like a baby in the video btw) but what a DUMB HO did he not stop and think "if my brother suddenly just dies, won't they wonder why? Won't they like, look at the camera footage, and do an autopsy?" nice one, you're still going to prison, but now it's for murder/manslaughter too. Evil cunt-rag, hope he rots in prison and his family disown him.

I wrote this on another post, but it's sad to me, watching that police video. Yes, the story is funny, but I'm watching the video, and the last conversation that two brothers have is one of eating coke out of another's ass. And then the younger brother is crying, fucking crying, and that is the last we see, the older brother manipulating and ordering his younger brother to literally save his ass by sucking cocaine out of his ass, and his younger brother crying, a grown man crying like an 8-year-old boy, begging his older to not make him do that. (And the police can leak that?)

" Police officers say that on Nov. 30 they pulled over a car on Clements Avenue for a headlight that was out. Police then searched the vehicle and found bags with white powder in it.
Officers put the two brothers, 22-year-old DeAngelo Rashard Mitchell and 19-year-old Wayne Joshua Mitchell, in the back of a police cruiser while they searched the car. That is when officers say DeAngelo Mitchell told his brother he couldn't afford another strike against him and that he needed his brother to eat the cocaine he had in his possession. The incident was recorded on the police cruiser's dash cam.
"You gonna eat it, you gonna chew it," DeAngelo Mitchell told his brother. "You ain't got no strike ... I can get you out ... I can't afford another strike."
Mitchell then appears to hand off the cocaine, which was stuffed in his buttocks, to his brother.
"One of us gotta do it," Mitchell said. "You the only one that don't have no strikes ... You my lil' brother ... I'm gonna get life ... You gonna unwrap it? Want me to hand you it?"
According to police, Wayne Mitchell then ate the cocaine.
"You done?" Mitchell asked. "Chew that (expletive)."
A few minutes later, Wayne Mitchell began to show signs that something was wrong. DeAngelo Mitchell started yelling when his brother started having trouble holding his head up. Wayne Mitchell later died at a hospital.
Mitchell died within an hour from eating the cocaine. The coroner's office says there was an extremely high amount of the drug in Mitchell's body.
After the incident, DeAngelo Mitchell was facing drug charges. He posted a $25,000 bond on Dec. 1. After toxicology reports came back, police planned to charge him with involuntary manslaughter. He was captured Tuesday.
Mitchell's rap sheet includes drug possession convictions in 2006, 2007 and 2008. He was also convicted this past August for distribution of cocaine base."

I agree with mk, he should have returned the blow to the older brothers mouth or spit it out, ground it in the floor, anything but swallow that nastiness. I saw one funny comment to come out of this whole fiasco: finally there may be a surgeon general's warning so this doesn't happen again. That did make me laugh.
