49-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Erika Jayne is currently divorcing her 81-year-old husband, Tom Girardi. Coincidentally, Tom is in the middle of a huge financial and legal collapse and has been sued by his partners, had his practice dissolved, and lost his license with the California State Bar. Erika has also been sued for allegedly using the divorce to hide assets that Tom is accused of stealing from the families of plane crash victims. Now Page Six says that Tom has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
Erika Jayne Claims That A California Judge Was Her Husband Tom Girardi’s Side Piece
Erika Jayne, of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, filed for divorce from her husband Tom Girardi last month. Since then, Tom, who is a lawyer, was accused of stealing settlement money from the families of plane crash victims to fund his and Erika’s lavish life. Erika and Tom were both hit with a lawsuit filed by Chicago law firm Edelson PC. In the lawsuit, it was claimed that Erika and Tom’s divorce is a sham to hide assets that Tom may have funneled into Erika’s popstar career. Tom had his accounts frozen and news of a mystery illness distracted people came out. And well, the smoke and mirrors keep coming, because last week, Erika released old texts from Tom’s alleged side-piece. Come on Erika, dancing on a table like Lisa Rinna would be more of a distraction than this.
