Steven Adler Of Guns ‘N Roses Was Hospitalized For A Possible Suicide Attempt (UPDATE)

June 28, 2019 / Posted by:

UPDATE: Steve Adler’s rep says that it wasn’t a suicide attempt, and he accidentally cut himself. So ignore everything below, except for the part about Steven Tyler’s huge peen. via TMZ

The rep would not specify what caused the accident, except to describe it as a “very minor, superficial wound.” So much so, we’re told Adler still plans to perform a July 12 gig in Las Vegas. The show must go on, as they say.

The original drummer for Gun N’ Roses’, Steven Adler, is reportedly in the hospital after an attempted suicide. He’s okay and has non-life threatening injuries. Hopefully he’s getting the help he needs and not from Dr. Drew.

Guns N’ Roses Is Suing A Brewery For Making Guns N’ Rosé Craft Ale Without Their Approval

May 11, 2019 / Posted by:

Just in time for summer is the only craft ale that matters and the last one that should ever be made (can’t we just survive on Hamms and PBR tallboys and call the craft beer thing done already?). A brewery has been selling unauthorized Guns N’ Rosé ale and Axl Rose, Slash and the rest of Guns N’ Roses are not happy about it. The band is pissed, but this is a good thing, because finally rosé has that edge its soft reputation so desperately needed and GNR has the opportunity to soften their tarnished image as well. This could be a very symbiotic whale and barnacle situation, but GNR won’t let it be great and has filed a lawsuit against the brewery. I’m calling it now: Guns N’ Rosé is the BYOB of summer but you better get your hands on it fast before GNR has it pulled from shelves and the band dog piles on top of it (with Axl on the top so you can’t get a slippery grip on any cans).

Axl Rose And AC/DC Make It Official

April 17, 2016 / Posted by:

No one pulls through for the fans the way rock and roll does. And Axl Rose is really beginning to impress me with his dedication to the fans. Or possibly making up for the whole Chinese Democracy taking forever to be released. He said “the show must go on!” last weekend when he broke his foot and said he wouldn’t let it stop him from performing at the 666th Gathering of The Buttholes aka Coachella. And now, he’s helping out his friends AC/DC by taking over on vocals, as was speculated earlier in the week.

AC/DC announced on their website that their lead singer since 1980, Brian Johnson, won’t be continuing with them on their Rock or Bust tour. Brian, according to the statement, has left because his hearing is basically going, going, gone. Axl is going to be the jam to their clam during their European tour dates and will do the postponed American dates after he finishes the Guns N’ Roses Not In This Lifetime tour. Axl has a broken foot, is bloated as all hell and he has bitches calling him old left and right, but he is still working it hard and giving the fans what they want. Janet Jackson, you might want to take notes.

AC/DC band members would like to thank Brian Johnson for his contributions and dedication to the band throughout the years. We wish him all the best with his hearing issues and future ventures. As much as we want this tour to end as it started, we understand, respect and support Brian’s decision to stop touring and save his hearing. We are dedicated to fulfilling the remainder of our touring commitments to everyone that has supported us over the years, and are fortunate that Axl Rose has kindly offered his support to help us fulfill this commitment.

Not only has Brian been temporarily replaced by Axl, AC/DC has been through enough drama as of late to fill a season of Real Housewives. Two years ago, their drummer, Phil Rudd, was arrested for trying to hire a hitman to kill two people and possession of drugs. He ended up getting eight months of house arrest but the band replaced him and apparently has no intention of letting him back in. And one of the founding brothers, Malcolm Young left the band in 2014 because he has dementia.

Guns N’ Roses were also joined by Angus Young, of AC/DC, during their CoacHELLa performance. At least there was some real rock’n’roll there for a minute:
