When the sad news broke two weeks ago that Chris Cornell had been found dead in his hotel room bathroom, the medical examiner ruled his death a suicide by hanging. Chris’ wife Vicky Karayiannis wasn’t so sure it was on purpose. She released a statement shortly after his death saying she had spoken to him before his death, and that he was slurring his words and admitted to taking an extra or two Ativans. TMZ says the toxicology report is back and it shows he had more than Ativan in his system.
