Open Post: Hosted By The McDonald’s Customer Who Threw A Bratty Tantrum And Blamed It On Low Blood Sugar

File this under: Yet Another Thing That McDonald’s Employees Don’t Get Paid Enough To Deal With.

It’s another day, and we’ve got yet another entitled mess who doesn’t realize that lurking around every corner is someone with an iPhone who will record you and upload your messiness to social media, making you the kind of viral star you don’t want to be. At a McDonald’s in Arkansas, TikTok user @still.bad.decisions, recorded the moment when a customer farted out a hissy fit and knocked stuff over because her coffee was taking too long. And she blamed it on having diabetes. First of all, if you’ve got diabetes, you should not drink McDonald’s coffee since I’m pretty sure it’s coffee-flavored boiled corn syrup. Second of all, how are the employees going to rush to get her coffee out if they’re too busy cleaning up the mess she made?! They needed to add a heaping side of logic to go with her coffee.

In a TikTok video that has gotten over 2 million views, a woman anoints herself as the General Manager of that McDonald’s by telling the manager on duty that the employees need to “quit talking and do a little work” I don’t know about you, but nothing makes me work faster like an impatient customer breathing down my neck while telling me to work faster. It’s truly rainbow-covered motivation fuel. After the manager responded to the customer’s whining by explaining that she’s down 5 employees, the customer takes a look at a stack of trays next to the register and thinks, “You deserve a break today,” before pushing them onto the floor. Then she walks off in a huff before knocking over more shit. And when the manager lets the grown-up hissy fitter know that she’s going to place a call to the non-emergency police line, the tantrum thrower blames it on diabetes, spitting this out: “I’m so sorry, I’ve got diabetes. And my blood sugar is low.

People with diabetes piped in with their comments, and believe it or not, Asshole Syndrome is not a known side effect of low blood sugar. via Meaww:

On the original TikTok video as well, the comments slammed the woman. Especially the part where she used her supposed diabetes as an excuse for her actions. “As a diabetic, when my blood sugar is low, I sit down and ask for help,” commented one TikTok user. “Not destroy a store.” Another comment said, “My dad is a diabetic & when his sugar gets low he gets sleepy. When mine gets low I sweat & get shaky. Not throw a tantrum.”

I’m a type one diabetic,” commented one user. “We do not claim her.” Another person said, “I mean, I totally get it. The last time my blood sugar got low I set multiple buildings on fire. It just affects everyone differently!”

If that McMess ever got her McCoffee, a swift wind probably knocked it out of her hand. That was the ghost of Wilford Brimley fucking with her while singing a cover of You Give Love A Bad Name called You Give Diabeetus A Bad Name.
