Smug ass Danny Masterson, seen above at court yesterday with his wife Bijou Phillips and sister-in-law Chynna Phillips, is probably extra smug today because the jury in his rape trial deadlocked on all three charges and a mistrial was declared by Judge Charlaine Olmedo. This comes after the jury deadlocked once before and then had to start deliberations all over again when two jurors caught COVID-19. For all three charges, the jury count swayed more toward not guilty. Judge Olmedo said that prosecutors plan to retry for now, and a tentative retrial date has been set for March 27, 2023. Danny was then freed on the $3.3 million bail that was set at his arrangement. And Danny may not get much sleep until his next trial (if there is another trial) because I’m sure he’ll be seriously haunted by the ghosts of the dogs he and Scientology were accused of poisoning as an act of revenge against one of his accusers – The Hollywood Reporter
Al Roker missed last week’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade because nasty blood clots were messing with him, and sadly, he’s back in the hospital and will miss tonight’s Rockefeller Christmas Tree Lighting. A Florida woman has hit The Kraft Heinz Company with a proposed class action lawsuit claiming that Velveeta’s microwavable mac and cheese serves up more than just questionable queso. It serves up LIES too! The woman is mad because the label on a single-serve cup of Velveeta Shells & Cheese states that it’s ready in “3 1/2 minutes,” and she finds that “misleading.” Her lawsuit claims that it takes longer than three and a half minutes to get Velveeta Shells & Cheese into your eating hole because you have to pull off the lid, yank out the Velveeta pouch, fill the container with water, nuke it for three and a half minutes, squirt in the cheese sauce, and then stir. She’s asking for $5 million in damages, plus punitive damages, and she wants Kraft Heinz to correct their lie on the packaging. Kraft Heinz calls the lawsuit “frivolous.” You know, it’s a good thing for Florida Woman that I’m more of a Kraft Original Mac and Cheese trick, or I’d file a lawsuit against her for helping to raise the price of Velveeta Shells & Cheese IN THIS ECONOMY! – CNN
