Ice Cube Has Now Confirmed He Lost A $9 Million Movie Role For Refusing To Get The COVID-19 Vaccine

Last year it was alleged Ice Cube had turned down a movie role because he refused to get the COVID-19 vaccine, and at the time, it was merely speculation. Now Cube is back to give his side. But knowing he turned down that much money for refusing to get a damn prick in the arm sounds about right for the man who famously screamed, “Fuck The Police!” way before it became popular. In any event, Cube is finally talking about it, and he is still standing on his belief to spread his message (and whatever else) to the world about not getting vaccinated.

According to Variety, Cube recently appeared on Million Dollaz Worth Of Game to talk about his missed opportunity to star in a film with Jack Black titled Oh Hell No. But I think Cube knew the movie was about to sweep every category at The Razzies, so he’s using the excuse of not getting vaccinated to save his career before being bombarded with bad press.

“I turned down a movie because I didn’t want to get the motherfucking jab,” Cube said, confirming the Oct. 2021 reports. “I turned down $9 million. I didn’t want get the jab. Fuck that jab. Fuck ya’ll for trying to make me get it. I don’t know how Hollywood feels about me right now.”

When one of the podcast hosts suggested Cube leave Hollywood for streaming, Cube replied, “That’s Hollywood [though]. They’re on some shit. But me too, I’m on some shit too.”

Oh, you’re definitely on some shit, Cube. Some bullshit. And what’s his reason for not getting the shot? Because he never contracted COVID, so why even bother getting it?

Later in the interview, Cube clarified that he “didn’t turn down” a movie because of his refusal to get the COVID shot, adding, “Those motherfuckers didn’t give it to me because I wouldn’t get the shot. I didn’t turn it down. They just wouldn’t give it to me. The covid shot, the jab…I didn’t need it. I didn’t catch that shit at all. Nothing. Fuck them. I didn’t need that shit.”

Cube is worth a reported $160 million, so he probably doesn’t care too much about that money now. But I can guarantee you that when he left the meeting refusing to get the shot, he wasn’t playing It Was A Good Day on the ride home. Because no matter how rich you are, losing out on that much money will guarantee you cry in the car on the ride home like Deebo just snatched your chain.
