Hot Sluts Of The Day!
The Peppermint Rose Dolls!
Today, if a friend asked you if you’d like to come over to fill your smelling holes with a blast of delicate aromatic sweetness, you’d probably say, “No thanks, I’m not going to fall for that doTERRA scheme again.” But if a friend asked you the same question in the 90s, you’d probably drop everything to go over that their house, because that may have meant that your friend owned at least one Peppermint Rose Doll. The Peppermint Rose dolls were a line of dolls that were like the dainty pretty-smelling love children of Lady LovelyLocks and Strawberry Shortcake and friends.
Ghost of the Doll says that the Peppermint Rose dolls were made by Mattel in 1992 and they only lasted one beautifully scented minute. The collection was made up of 4 dolls: Merry Mint Violet (on the left), Peppermint Rose herself (second to the left), Lemon Kiss Lily (second to the right), and Vanilla Daisy (on the right). I know, those names. It’s as if Jamie Oliver was their father. Each doll came dressed in casual Southern belle daintiness, and also came with floral and candy-scented petals that you’d use to make a fragrance to terrorize your parents’ nostrils with. Peppermint Rose came with peppermint and rose-scented petals, Merry Mint Violet came with mint and violet-scented petals, etc…, etc…
Discover a world of sweet scent-sations! Now girls can create candy-floral perfume they can wear! Two scented ways to play! Each 9 inch candy flower-themed doll comes with 12 floral scented and 12 candy scented Perfume Petals. Girls dissolve Perfume Petals in water to make real fragrance combinations they bottle and wear! Dolls join in the fragrant fun with 2 skirts – one floral scented and one candy scented. Girls layer both skirt looks to make luscious scent combinations. Peppermint Rose, Lemon Kiss Lily, Vanilla Daisy, and Merry Mint Violet dolls all have lovely long hair for lots of hair play, too! Dolls also include: basket to mix perfume, perfume bottle, doll fashion, hat, shoes.”

Parents of the 90s whose children had these dolls are probably still trying to forget that sickly sweet and chemical floral scent after all these years. But well, I’d rather be stuck with smelling a Peppermint Rose doll than stuck with smelling Bath & Body Works’ nasty cucumber melon lotion, a nightmare scent that will never stop haunting my sense of smell.
