Just when we needed a little dose of happy celebrity news, Mare Winningham and Anthony Edwards have swept in to let us know that they eloped on the shush last year. I didn’t even know that Mare and Anthony, who starred in 1988’s Miracle Mile and some episode of ER together (she played his stalker), were a thing, but they’ve been a thing since 2020. 59-year-old Anthony said that he and 62-year-old Mare decided to elope because they’re “too old to throw weddings.” I agree with them about how eloping is the way to go, but JLo’s assistant needs to act quick and grab a bottle of Glow-infused smelling salts because she’s going to faint over the thought of being too old to do a wedding extravaganza! – Celebitchy
