And with just one nose-bump (not THAT kind of nose bump, this Lilo is drug-free, I think) of a ball, Lilo put Air Bud into retirement and has pushed out Lindsay Lohan and that little girl from the Disney cartoon as the world’s most famous Lilo! During quarantine, Lilo became a hoop star thanks to how she can flawlessly drop a ball into a basket. Every NBAer should be shaking because when the 2022 NBA Draft happens, they’ll all be behind the basketball legend that is LiLo the Air Corgi!
Last year, Metro UK did an important profile on 6-year-old Lilo, who lives with her human, Denny Ku, in Dallas, TX. Denny said that before we all went into lockdown, Lilo loved playing with other pooches at doggy daycare, and one of her favorite things is bunting balloons. So to get her energy out, Denny decided to train Lilo to be the Michael Jordan of Corgis. Taking shots quickly became LiLo’s favorite thing, and so they posted her moves on social media, and she became a STAH!
‘She used to go to daycare or chase the neighbours kid’s dogs daily, but with social distancing it was pretty rough on her social time. ‘So I think one day she took out her energy on a bunch of balloons and we saw the motion of hitting the ballon was similar to shooting a basketball and thought we give it a shot.
‘We taught Lilo her trickshots ourselves. It’s her favourite activity by far. Right when we get off work, she runs to the ball and lays there ready to go!’
Lilo’s TikTok channel is filled with more dunks than a Dunkin’ Donuts, but here’s a recent video of her successfully predicting the winner of an NFL game between the Los Angeles Rams and Da Bears. Yup, add The Psychic Twins to the long list of tricks that Lilo is putting out of a job!

If THE QUEEN’s Corgi-loving ass had any sense when it came to handling her son Prince Andrew, she’d bring Lilo over to England to deal with him. I mean, Lilo has proven that she’s an expert at dropping air heads into a trash can.
